A delightful and easy-to-make pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
