Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
