Ingredients:

- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
