Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In the same pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Reduce the heat to low, then pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy garlic sauce until well coated.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
