Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
