Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
