Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
3. Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
