Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the garlic.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
