Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy sauce until well coated.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
