A delicious and simple pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
