Recipe:
- 200g pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy garlic sauce until well coated.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
