Ingredients:

- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently to combine.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy garlic sauce until well coated.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
