Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
