Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
