A delicious and quick pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
