Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and continue stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
