Ingredients:
- 12 ounces of spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.
8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
