Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti - 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated in the sauce.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
