A delicious and quick pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
