Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti or pasta of your choice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream, mixing well.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the spaghetti evenly with the creamy sauce.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
