Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir well.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the cooked pasta in the garlic cream sauce until fully coated.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
