Ingredients:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the cream sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
