Ingredients:

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
