Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
