Recipe:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
