Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the creamy garlic sauce.
