Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine or spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and mix until melted and creamy.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
