A delicious and easy pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine or any pasta of choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir frequently for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
