Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
