Ingredients:
- 8 oz. pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
6. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
