A delicious and easy-to-make pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
