Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
