Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
4. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
