A delicious and easy pasta dish with a rich garlic cream sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine with the garlic.
4. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet with the creamy sauce. Mix well to coat the pasta evenly.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
