Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce.
6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
