Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
