Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine or spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
4. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
