A deliciously rich and creamy pasta dish infused with garlic and topped with fresh parsley.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy garlic sauce.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley on top.
