Ingredients:
- 300g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
