Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
