Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine or spaghetti- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine or spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
