Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
