Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
