Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined.
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the sauce until well coated.
9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
