Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
