Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well combined with the sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
