Ingredients:

- 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
