Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine, ensuring the pasta is well-coated with the sauce.
