Ingredients:

- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Toss the cooked fettuccine in the creamy mushroom sauce until well coated.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
