Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender and browned.
